A 50% deposit, or the cost of one night’s stay, whichever is greater, will hold your reservation with the balance due upon arrival. Two night minimum on weekends and holidays.

The Perennial Inn is small and consequently we reserve the right to move guest rooms in order to accommodate other reservations and cancellations affect us significantly. If a cancellation is made prior to 14 days of the arrival date, there will be a full refund, less a $20 fee. If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, but more than 48 hours, the guest is responsible for the deposit unless the room can be re-rented. Within 48 hours the guest is responsible for the full amount unless the room can be re-rented. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay unless we are able to book all nights.

• We are a non-smoking B&B. For the safety of our guests, smoking is reserved for outdoor areas only.
• Pets are welcome in the Inn. Please see our Pet Policy for more information.
• Check-in is 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and check out is generally 11:00 a.m. Please let us know if you need special accommodation.

• Rates subject to change without notice.
